Description

  • Partner with sales teams and executive leadership to align marketing and sales goals and support pipeline growth.
  • Develop and own the overall demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, partner, and content channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party marketing partners, industry associations, and channel partners.
  • Identify, plan, and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other field events.
  • Write response-driven marketing copy and content for emails, landing pages, blogs, ads, and campaign materials.
  • Review and optimize HubSpot data, activities, automations, and marketing lists.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and refine tactics across the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience producing content for channels such as email, blog, website, and newsletter.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative and ownership of marketing programs.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with sales organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel, from lead generation through pipeline to close.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with GSuite and Zoom.
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, including SEO and social media, plus market research methods.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
