Description

  • Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
  • Create messaging frameworks using Feature/Advantage/Benefit analysis and proof points to strengthen market positioning.
  • Develop differentiated content strategies and omnichannel campaigns to drive client awareness and engagement.
  • Build, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools that help the sales team achieve financial targets.
  • Identify Autoimmune and FSP client profiles in partnership with lead generation and inside sales teams.
  • Develop and execute digital content strategies across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitor digital performance and prioritize the highest-ROI marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to develop high-quality thought leadership content.
  • Lead annual conference planning and execution, including budgeting, messaging, and event coordination.
  • Provide guidance to team members and stakeholders, manage complex projects, and deliver work on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
  • An advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of independently leading projects, including customer-facing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services.
  • Experience in autoimmune marketing and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services is a strong plus.
  • Proven success developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.
