Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned industry verticals.
  • Source, vet, and recruit high-value channel partners and customers for research calls.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key expert sources.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor expert interviews and calls.
  • Conduct vetting calls to confirm role relevance, recency, and perspective.
  • Create and maintain interview guides tailored to call type, sector, and expert profile.
  • Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants.
  • Uphold data privacy standards and maintain accurate records in internal CRM and workflow tools.
  • Share feedback on sourcing tactics, talk tracks, and emerging themes to improve playbooks and coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage fast-turnaround projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to accurately document relevant expert experience within a defined scope.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with phone and email outreach.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, adapting to change, and solving problems creatively.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to identify patterns and the best-fit experts for a project.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering strong expert profiles quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience engaging with industry experts, stakeholders, or similar external contacts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $52,000–$72,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
