Description

  • Own the global marketing function across brand, content, GEO, B2B and B2B2C growth, and international go-to-market.
  • Define success metrics, model expected lift, and prioritize initiatives based on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Design, operationalize, and lead a unified global marketing strategy aligned with the CRO’s revenue goals.
  • Build and scale a metrics-driven marketing team across brand, digital, partnerships, and demand generation.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, enterprise pipeline generation, partner activation, and end-user adoption.
  • Set and strengthen Alpaca’s global brand narrative and market positioning across key regions and audiences.
  • Build a world-class content engine for enterprise penetration, technical storytelling, developer education, and thought leadership.
  • Own GEO strategy to position Alpaca as an authoritative voice in AI-driven search and discovery.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Regulatory, and Communications to align marketing execution with broader GTM priorities.
  • Lead global event marketing, regional activations, website stewardship, swag programs, PR amplification, and earned media collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5–8+ years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record in B2B demand generation and brand building within global organizations.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS infrastructure, payments, brokerage, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C growth motions, enterprise buyer psychology, and API-driven adoption cycles.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through creative strategy and organic levers rather than large-scale budget increases.
  • Collaborative leadership experience mentoring global teams in a revenue-focused reporting structure.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to translate technical products into compelling narratives for C-suite customers.
  • Experience recruiting, coaching, and scaling high-performing marketing functions.
  • Strong experience with enterprise marketing, including long sales cycles, ABM, and high-contract-value decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of GEO and modern content distribution.
  • Strong diagnostic and ROI-driven decision-making skills in a metrics-obsessed environment.
  • Comfort operating in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Global mindset with cultural fluency across North America, MENA, APAC, and LATAM.
