Description

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define and execute the AI enablement roadmap across email, digital and web, campaign marketing, QBR reporting, and ICP ownership.
  • Design, document, and maintain marketing workflows, training, and best practices that support day-to-day AI adoption.
  • Own AI-supported email marketing, including copy generation, subject line optimization, personalization, and send-time intelligence.
  • Lead SEO strategy, web performance, and digital experience optimization to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Own campaign marketing automation across lead scoring, nurture, account-based targeting, and campaign orchestration.
  • Define and continuously refine the ICP using intent data, firmographic signals, and AI enrichment tools.
  • Provide digital delivery support for webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, webpages, email, paid ads, and social ads.
  • Manage paid media programs and report on their contribution to pipeline.
  • Maintain and grow the lead database through nurture and net-new acquisition efforts.
  • Design and automate QBR reporting dashboards across campaign, website, email, ABM, paid media, and social performance.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage AI and marketing technology vendors while ensuring governance, compliance, privacy, and content accuracy standards.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing teams with experience defining strategy and delivering against aggressive goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex workflows and present performance data to senior stakeholders.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to map complex marketing processes and design scalable workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Experience with Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, or comparable marketing automation and ABM platforms is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in the AI marketing tool landscape, including content generation, email personalization, web personalization, intent data, ICP enrichment, and workflow automation.
  • Experience working directly with sales and business development representatives.
  • Track record of implementing tools or processes that improved pipeline, conversion, efficiency, or campaign performance.
  • High-energy, hands-on leadership style and comfort working in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
