Description

  • Define and lead the Marketing Operations strategic vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to marketing objectives, growth targets, and company OKRs.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, including architecture, integrations, governance, and investment decisions.
  • Establish operational frameworks and standards that improve efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy across marketing channels and GTM motions.
  • Lead the enterprise marketing analytics function using AI-driven tools and models to inform GTM strategy, forecasting, and demand-generation optimization.
  • Define and govern attribution, funnel performance standards, segmentation logic, and experimentation analytics.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a unified and accurate view of pipeline, performance, and customer engagement across BI tools.
  • Architect, optimize, and govern core operational flows including lifecycle automation, lead scoring, lead routing, campaign infrastructure, audience segmentation, and MQL frameworks.
  • Ensure data integrity and reliable data flow across website, Marketo, Salesforce, and downstream systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve automation, analytics, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, expand, mentor, and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations team while managing vendors and cross-functional change efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics within B2B SaaS environments.
  • 2-3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in advanced analytics, including attribution modeling, experimentation, forecasting, and BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Proven ability to build complex systems, automate operational workflows, and establish scalable operating frameworks.
  • Strong leadership experience guiding teams through analytical and technical work.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear guidance for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to operate at both a high-level and hands-on analytical depth.
  • Experience with marketing technology stacks, system integrations, and operational governance is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with GTM, Finance, and Sales leaders on forecasting, pipeline analytics, campaign ROI, and planning cycles is preferred.
