Description

  • Act as the principal implementation liaison between the customer and project team.
  • Document customer requirements and translate them into configuration setup, business processes, and goals.
  • Lead detailed business discovery and recommend delivery approaches that support desired outcomes.
  • Execute system configuration and setup based on technical and business requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements are met for customer databases.
  • Assess and validate implementation plans while managing communication among project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
  • Update and maintain training databases to reflect new product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
  • Identify configuration improvements that increase efficiency and improve customer outcomes.
  • Lead customer change management efforts, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
  • Travel to customer sites to lead meetings and presentations when needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Post-secondary education in a business- or technology-related field preferred.
  • Experience configuring or implementing software solutions, with database testing and end-user support preferred.
  • Consulting experience in a software organization performing workflow analysis and documenting recommendations to improve operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
  • Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, take accountability, and adapt priorities in a flexible manner.
  • Healthcare market experience preferred.
  • Up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings required.
