Description

  • Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts across an assigned territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including renewal notices, quotes, forecasting, negotiations, and legal and procurement coordination.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Sales to align on account strategy and execute renewals.
  • Proactively engage customers to assess sentiment, satisfaction, risks, and expansion potential.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue through upsells, cross-sells, and add-ons.
  • Escalate customer risk and communicate renewal issues internally to support resolution strategies.
  • Provide visibility into renewals and involve leadership when needed.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline updates on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Follow internal best practices for opportunity management, data quality, quotations, and forecasting.
  • Achieve targets related to attrition reduction, favorable terms, revenue retention, and customer value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience at a SaaS or software company.
  • Experience managing strategic and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong process management, negotiation, financial acumen, and policy adherence skills.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate closely with teammates.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities and organizational policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Preferred experience at a high-growth company with 10,000+ customers and $50M-$200M ARR.
  • Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application is a plus.
  • Experience with Gainsight is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage transactions through every stage of the renewal cycle is preferred.
  • Experience negotiating complex multi-year service contracts is preferred.
