Description

  • Operate production services and infrastructure, including server provisioning, decommissioning, updates, replacements, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Support and improve Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and Ansible, including modules, roles, standards, and code reviews.
  • Manage monitoring, alerting, backups, and regular recovery checks for production systems.
  • Develop service and infrastructure automation to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents, while supporting product teams during operational issues.
  • Work on traffic analytics and bot/attack protection tooling.
  • Take ownership of platform stability and 24/7 operational reliability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience operating Linux/Ubuntu infrastructure and production services.
  • Strong understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Kubernetes cluster operations, Rancher, and Docker/containerd.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Telegraf, Grafana, and Sentry.
  • Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins.
  • Automation experience with Bash and Python.
  • Experience working with LVM.
  • Experience with blockchain nodes (nice to have).
  • Experience diagnosing and tuning ClickHouse and MongoDB in high-load clusters (nice to have).
  • Experience with hosting providers such as Hetzner and OVHcloud, Cloudflare edge/DDoS protection, and AWS (nice to have).
  • Experience handling abuse tickets with hosting providers (nice to have).
