Description

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Provide architectural guidance and help shape consistent architecture across the Salesforce platform.
  • Track the enterprise portfolio and work with project teams and business stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business needs.
  • Define, document, and maintain current-state and future-state roadmaps, architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues within areas of ownership and provide technical support throughout project stages.
  • Mentor development teams and guide developers toward implementation approaches that follow architectural standards.
  • Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems as well as third-party services.
  • Ensure implementation work follows standards, governance processes, and data governance policies.
  • Support quality assurance and technical problem-solving during delivery and change control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Developer and/or Architect experience.
  • Salesforce Admin, Senior Admin, Developer, Platform Architect, or Application Architect certification preferred.
  • Experience defining systems architecture and specifications to support company needs and future growth.
  • Experience planning, evaluating, and selecting technology solutions, tools, and integration methods.
  • Experience guiding project teams to design architectures aligned with platforms, roadmaps, and standards.
  • Experience with database design concepts, middleware concepts, and user interface development.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange offerings.
  • Experience with custom development concepts such as Flows, Apex, triggers, and web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Force.com IDE, SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP/REST web services, SQL, XML, JSON, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce development frameworks and libraries such as Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and jQuery, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools, DevOps practices, and modern development frameworks.
  • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
