Description

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, digital transformation, and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead solution architecture, technical design, integration strategy, and governance across Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable architectures.
  • Lead technical solutioning for proposals, captures, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that support business development.
  • Drive architectural governance to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and best-practice standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Salesforce, Workday, Data & Analytics, ERP, and Strategy to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term solution sustainability.
  • Mentor and develop architects, consultants, and administrators through coaching, architecture reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership.
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, solution accelerators, thought leadership, white papers, training, and industry participation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in architecture and technical leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce solution design, integrations, security, data architecture, and governance.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations with multiple clouds, complex business processes, and third-party integrations.
  • Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
  • Experience leading technical solutioning, proposal development, and pre-sales activities.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture principles, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and lead architecture best practices across multiple engagements.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are preferred.
  • Experience supporting Higher Education, Nonprofit, Public Sector, or Professional Services organizations is preferred.
