Description

  • Partner with technical stakeholders to identify and document requirements for new global and regional system deployments.
  • Manage stakeholder approval for technical designs and optimizations.
  • Develop technical materials such as solution documents, technical and architectural requirements, and performance documents.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on technical design, delivery, and support.
  • Organize and facilitate application technical test plans and test cases, including performance and load testing.
  • Provide ongoing application maintenance and problem resolution with internal and external support teams.
  • Bridge business and technical teams to drive collaborative solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce architecture, with luxury experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing ecommerce solutions in an international context.
  • Experience working on multicultural projects.
  • Technical lead and time management abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce in one or more of the following: Commerce Cloud & OMS, Core, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong technical orientation and technical operational experience.
  • Ability to liaise between business and technical communities and facilitate collaborative discussions.
  • Strong organization, planning, communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Fluent French is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe, is a plus.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
