Description

  • Design and operationalize company-wide, national compensation strategies and programs.
  • Partner with People leadership and external consultants on executive compensation strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Manage the annual merit increase, bonus distribution, and equity grant processes end to end.
  • Advise business leaders on incentive compensation programs and ongoing compensation matters.
  • Build and maintain a scalable job architecture, including leveling and benchmarking.
  • Support company-wide budgeting and forecasting with compensation data and analysis.
  • Provide compensation consultation to leaders across the organization.
  • Lead regular audits to ensure internal equity and compliance with transparency laws.
  • Support change management and communication for major compensation transformations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant total rewards experience.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Experience using AI-driven data analysis platforms to automate compensation tasks, model proformas, and audit large datasets for equity compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead change management and communication strategies for major compensation changes.
  • Strong financial modeling and data visualization skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation software.
  • Experience with Equity ISO, RSUs, and stock options.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
