Description

  • Lead compensation programs and projects to support the scaling of Anduril’s people infrastructure.
  • Guide People Business Partners and leadership through compensation planning cycles, calibration sessions, and compensation remedies.
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Lead job evaluation processes and market pricing analyses to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues and support strategic decision-making.
  • Work with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to navigate compensation issues, offers, and manager or employee training materials.
  • Lead change management and communications for compensation practices across managers, team members, and the People team.
  • Shape Anduril’s compensation philosophy and strategy in alignment with company growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with People, Talent, Legal, Stock, Finance, Accounting, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation roles.
  • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
  • Experience in mentoring, educating, and teaching partners on compensation strategy and business impact.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, hyper-scaling startup building compensation programs from the ground up is preferred.
  • Prior experience leading compensation initiatives in a matrix-led organization is preferred.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, talent acquisition strategy, and executive compensation is highly desired.
