Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to lead complex business analysis initiatives.
  • Elicit requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective Agile delivery.
  • Coach teams on Scrum principles and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and help teams deliver value predictably and consistently.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, UAT, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Mitigate delivery risks and mentor team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis within Agile environments.
  • Experience analyzing complex business processes and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Experience facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across business, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications preferred.
  • Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst, preferred.
  • Physical ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
