Description

  • Deliver assigned lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and session plans.
  • Facilitate engaging live online instruction for adult learners.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Agile Scrum Master concepts.
  • Connect course content to real-world industry applications and professional practices.
  • Support students through live sessions, office hours, mentoring, and regular communication.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback on assignments and assessments.
  • Evaluate student progress using course deliverables and grading rubrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and engagement.
  • Escalate academic or performance concerns when needed and support improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to improve the student experience.

Requirements

  • EXIN Agile Scrum Master certification.
  • Knowledge of Agile way of thinking, Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.
  • Knowledge of Agile estimating, planning, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Knowledge of complex projects and adopting Agile.
  • Availability to work part-time, typically 10–15 hours per week.
  • Availability to teach weekend sessions, with current cohorts meeting Saturday and Sunday.
  • Sessions typically run 10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $50–$60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part-time, non-exempt role with compensation for all hours worked.
  • Remote, 100% online synchronous teaching format.
