Description

  • Coach, mentor, and guide client teams on agile practices and organizational challenges.
  • Lead the team in agile practices and AI utilization.
  • Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques and adjust approaches as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement by setting goals, milestones, and accountability measures.
  • Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and best practices.
  • Create dashboards in Tableau or Looker to provide metrics.
  • Facilitate individual and team coaching to support agile learning and adoption.
  • Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and the operating model across the organization.
  • Champion the use of metrics and objective measures across teams.
  • Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
  • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills in English.
  • Experience with Tableau or Looker for dashboard creation (implied by role objectives).
