Description

  • Oversee sales engineering, sales effectiveness, solution design, deal support, and VBC capital administration.
  • Lead a team of SMEs in data analytics, payments, financial modeling, value calculations, deal desk operations, contracting, process documentation, and case resolution.
  • Develop playbooks for core team functions and oversee onboarding and upskilling of team members.
  • Run cross-functional weekly meetings, performance reviews, and special projects for executives and the Growth Executive Leadership team.
  • Coordinate SME participation in external prospect and client-facing meetings to help advance pipeline deals.
  • Counsel senior sales talent and leadership on complex deals and named accounts.
  • Work with Growth Executive Leadership to drive analysis, lean reporting, and operational processes.
  • Set strategy for identifying and curating health system, IPA, switcher, and network targets to support growth goals.
  • Lead deal support and customization for key accounts, and collaborate with Marketing on segment-specific campaigns.
  • Evaluate ACO performance and assess ROI and sales performance using Salesforce CRM and other analytical tools.
  • Establish and enforce SLAs for complex deal modeling while driving a self-service approach for standard opportunities.
  • Direct the SEE roadmap to improve tools, automate data-model workflows, and optimize user experience.
  • Hire, coach, develop, and mentor a team of 3+ SMEs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales, operations, or sales management experience in healthcare and with healthcare providers.
  • Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data to turn it into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to identify, position, develop, lead, and retain teams with multiple levels of experience.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader, exemplified by national rankings.
  • Salesforce expertise.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite of products.
  • Familiarity with value-based care.
  • Willingness to travel by car or plane as needed, up to 10%.
