Description

  • Manage CRM leads, including analysis and follow-up across the Baltic States.
  • Track and analyze quarterly Partner Portal results and follow up on outcomes.
  • Organize distributor events, including invitations, attendee lists, feedback collection, and sales-improvement actions.
  • Qualify and track leads from Ajax events and follow up with participants.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company’s solutions.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads from other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, understand needs, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, orders, payments, forecasts, and performance data in the CRM and sales database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Prepare proposals, coordinate sales events, demonstrations, presentations, and provide regular performance updates to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in an IT or IoT environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Candidates must be based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
  • Experience working with security systems, B2B sales, or distributor channels is preferred.
