Description

  • Follow up on leads and acquire new homes.
  • Value properties, analyze comparable sales, and determine ARV and as-is value.
  • Estimate repair costs for acquisition targets.
  • Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions.
  • Prepare contracts for ratification.
  • Meet with homeowners and present offers on their properties.
  • Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies through closing.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients despite the remote role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Consistent top 10% sales performance in previous roles.
  • Proven experience exceeding quotas through phone sales.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Evening and weekend availability required.
  • Ability to conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $140,000-$220,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and bonus/commission.
