Description

  • Manage CRM leads, including analysis and follow-up activities.
  • Track and analyze quarterly results for the Partner Program.
  • Create promotional materials for distributor events and follow up on participant lists, feedback, and sales opportunities.
  • Qualify, track, and follow up on leads from Ajax events and participants.
  • Develop an incentive program for key accounts aligned with sales growth plans.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell the company's solutions.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated by other channels.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, understand needs, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Provide regular performance updates to management.
  • Manage sales data including orders, payments, forecasts, performance, and BDM call cycles.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, qualification, follow-up, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate sales events, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and performance tracking is preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales events, demos, or presentations is preferred.
