Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and manage the enterprise pipeline through the channel ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the electronic security market.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets and grow market share.
  • Identify, develop, and close large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors.
  • Drive partner enablement programs and joint business planning.
  • Own cash flow responsibility for Indonesia, including sell-in and sell-out.
  • Establish performance metrics, review results, and address deficiencies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing local team.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop lighthouse reference projects.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain accurate CRM/pipeline reporting.
  • Provide quarterly business reviews and risk/opportunity analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or Sales Director in the electronic security industry.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the electronic security industry at managerial level.
  • Experience working with regional or global security brands.
  • Strong network in the security industry in the Indonesia market.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to take ownership of outcomes.
  • Professional, reliable, ethical, and well-presented.
