Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned enterprise customers to identify expansion and new business opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end relationship and strategic growth for a portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, across each account.
  • Proactively identify new teams, departments, and high-value use cases to expand Miro’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification and value articulation through negotiation and close.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support customer health, drive adoption, and identify growth signals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting for new business, renewal, and expansion opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Master Miro’s platform and solutions to demonstrate value and address customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to large Indian enterprise accounts, especially ITES companies.
  • 8+ years of successful experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role within SaaS, managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate value effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-level and VP executives.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including complex renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Experience with deal sizes typically in the $50k-$100k+ ACV range.
  • Excellent discovery, strategic account planning, and value selling skills.
  • Proficiency with a structured sales or account management methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks every month.
  • Experience selling to Product, Design, and Engineering teams is a bonus.
