Description

  • Write native-style advertorials and pre-sale pages that warm prospects and support conversion.
  • Develop and rewrite long-form sales pages and product pages, including headlines, benefit stacks, FAQs, reviews positioning, risk reversal, and full-page argument flow.
  • Create checkout, post-purchase, and upsell copy, including microcopy, order bumps, one-click upsells, down-sells, thank-you page offers, and repeat-purchase flows.
  • Audit full funnels end-to-end to identify the weakest step and prioritize tests that improve performance.
  • Redesign page structure, above-the-fold experience, section order, and offer presentation to improve conversion rate.
  • Design and test upsell logic, offer stacks, bundles, pricing structures, and other AOV-lifting mechanics.
  • Build structured CRO test plans with hypotheses, success metrics, and sample-size considerations.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on headlines, hooks, offers, layouts, and upsell logic.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and user-behavior data to identify friction, opportunity, and winning variations.
  • Report weekly on test results, learnings, and next hypotheses in clear, actionable language.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience, including running tests and shipping winners.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology, including sample size, statistical significance, and test prioritization frameworks such as ICE and PIE.
  • Familiarity with DTC metrics and analytics concepts such as CVR, AOV, LTV, CPA, heatmaps, and session recordings.
  • Ability to research products and audiences thoroughly to identify pain points and unique selling propositions.
  • Strong direct response copywriting range, from punchy headlines to long-form persuasive narratives.
  • Experience with advertorial and pre-sale page construction.
  • Experience with landing page CRO and funnel optimization.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Experience interpreting heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics.
  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and proactively communicative.
  • Hands-on experience with CheckoutChamp is a plus, but not required.
