Description

  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts through email, phone, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound MQLs and ensure follow-up within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Run discovery conversations to assess integration needs, industry pain points, budget, and timing.
  • Book sales-qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives with detailed notes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Build expertise in a document automation platform and support outbound go-to-market execution.
  • Contribute to shaping the outbound motion as go-to-market activities are brought fully in-house.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant, transferable experience.
  • Demonstrated research and prospecting skills.
  • Sound business judgment and ability to qualify opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working US business hours from the Philippines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, legal, or education is preferred.
  • Clear interest in growing into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months is preferred.
