Description

  • Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a business outcome across airSlate products.
  • Define the email lifecycle communication strategy for activation, retention, expansion, and win-back stages in partnership with product teams.
  • Lead churn-prevention and win-back programs across email and push notifications as coordinated, signal-driven lifecycle initiatives.
  • Set the 2026+ email lifecycle roadmap by auditing existing programs, identifying gaps and quick wins, and prioritizing across four products.
  • Define how email fits within multi-channel orchestration, including boundaries and handoffs with in-product messaging and other channels.
  • Translate behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle-stage classifications into segmentation logic and program triggers.
  • Specify data requirements for lifecycle programs and own requests to the data engineering team.
  • Partner with data teams to define lifecycle-stage KPIs, validate attribution, and demonstrate incremental lift.
  • Own lifecycle dashboards with the data team to ensure attribution reporting accurately reflects email’s contribution.
  • Manage and develop three email marketing specialists, setting priorities and coaching execution quality.
  • Coordinate with email development, data, demand gen, and product stakeholders to deliver lifecycle programs end to end.
  • Maintain and evolve automated email journeys across all four products, with authority to rebuild or retire programs based on data.
  • Ensure email deliverability health and list quality at scale across a large multi-product subscriber base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing as a senior contributor or leader.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale is strongly preferred.
  • End-to-end ownership of a lifecycle or retention program, including strategy, journey design, segmentation, and KPI ownership.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and how attribution windows affect reported email performance.
  • Experience using behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring or lifecycle-stage classification.
  • Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or an internal equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards and DWH-sourced data.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability and list health at scale, including 100K+ subscribers.
  • Experience in a multi-product or multi-brand environment is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with generative and agentic AI tools for personalization and automation is a plus.
