Description

  • Own activation and habituation outcomes end-to-end, from opportunity definition through measurable business impact.
  • Operate as a peer to Product, Engineering, ML, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Run a high-velocity experimentation program across onboarding, post-onboarding upsell, opt-in, churn prevention, retention, winback, and related journeys.
  • Build and maintain a unified opportunity framework to prioritize tests by expected impact and effort.
  • Size opportunities, diagnose funnel friction, and analyze experiment results independently.
  • Push forward AI decisioning and automation in engagement marketing workflows.
  • Influence cross-functional strategy across Product, Analytics, Martech, Creative, and Brand.
  • Contribute experimentation learnings that help shape the product roadmap and future communications strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing, growth strategy, business operations, growth product, or a consumer-facing analytical role in a B2C tech environment.
  • Experience owning a growth area end-to-end with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with data modeling or opportunity sizing frameworks required.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode strongly preferred.
  • Deep experimentation experience, including building experiment backlogs and designing rigorous tests.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or the ability to ramp quickly on one.
  • Fluency with AI tools as part of daily work to automate and scale output.
  • Clear, structured, takeaway-first communication skills.
  • Background in business operations, growth strategy, consumer analytics, or growth product preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding, activation, or referral programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated or trust-sensitive products such as fintech, financial services, or healthcare preferred.
  • Experience with incentive mechanics or in-app personalization preferred.

  • Starting pay range of $135,200–$202,800 USD in Zone A, $125,800–$188,600 USD in Zone B, $119,000–$178,400 USD in Zone C, or $108,200–$162,200 USD in Zone D.
