Description

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic enterprise clients.
  • Own customer escalations, coordinating rapid resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead technical account planning and recurring business reviews.
  • Advise clients on complex integrations, architecture, and system optimization.
  • Represent enterprise customer needs to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Mentor and coach Technical Account Managers and support onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Airship’s footprint within client organizations.
  • Create advanced documentation, best-practice guides, and technical content.
  • Develop and implement Technical Account Management policies and procedures.
  • Use AI tools to automate processes, improve efficiency, and anticipate customer needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical, client-facing experience with enterprise accounts.
  • Advanced ability to read and write Python, Java, Swift, or a similar object-oriented language.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and complex system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Linux and/or Mac OS X command-line environments.
  • Experience with iOS and Android platforms and development tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing solutions and SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring and supporting team members.
  • Ability to build relationships with marketers, technical architects, and executives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Preferred: Spanish or Portuguese proficiency, digital wallet experience, email/SMS compliance knowledge, or relevant certifications.
