Description

  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned European territories.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with distributors, strategic partners, and reference sites.
  • Develop and manage partnership pipelines, including both new opportunities and existing leads.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to generate initial leads and build early customer relationships.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and training for assigned partners.
  • Support partner sales efforts by joining sales meetings, lead qualification, and negotiations with initial customers.
  • Improve partnership discussion materials, including sales pitch content, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to adjust go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships and align short-, medium-, and long-term goals with partner expectations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or channel sales management.
  • Fluency in English and Italian and/or Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple channel partnerships simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong networking skills for building relationships, generating leads, and expanding market presence.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Passion for learning, exploring new business areas, and taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Adaptability to changing business environments.
  • Experience in radiology equipment or AI-based software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology and fast-growing businesses is preferred.
  • Solid experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Experience working autonomously from a home office is preferred.
