Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enablement managers and activation specialists.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and quality standards for content creation, training development, and GTM delivery.
  • Build team capacity by identifying skill gaps, investing in development, and hiring talent.
  • Own the end-to-end enablement content strategy with cross-functional partners.
  • Create and curate playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling guides, onboarding curricula, and certification programs.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve content development, personalized learning, coaching, and practice.
  • Translate CBO and Supply strategy into actionable enablement plays for field, vendor, and scaled ops teams.
  • Partner with regional leads and stakeholders to launch products, initiatives, and sales plays on time.
  • Build feedback loops between the field and the enablement team to improve activation.
  • Report program performance, ROI, and team impact to senior leadership and partner with analytics to design experiments.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related field, ideally at a high-growth tech or marketplace company.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing enablement or GTM teams.
  • Frontline sales experience, such as carrying quota, managing accounts, or working directly in a sales motion.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, Intellum, Seismic, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in instructional design and content strategy.
  • Proven ability to design and scale GTM activation programs across geographically distributed field and vendor teams.
  • Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influencing without authority.
  • Strong data fluency and experience partnering with analytics teams to design experiments and interpret results.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Experience with vendor or outsourced sales team enablement is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with supply-side or marketplace dynamics is a plus.
  • Must be based in the US and live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity; relocation support is not available.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $192,000 to $235,000 USD.
  • Eligible for bonus.
  • Eligible for equity.
