Description

  • Work closely with the VP of Partnerships and other department team members.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Partnerships Managers supported by in-country teams across APAC.
  • Serve as a core member of the Partnerships Leadership Team shaping global partnerships strategy.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape partnerships products and improvements.
  • Identify, prospect, and negotiate with large strategic partners across APAC.
  • Maintain key partner relationships to drive profitability and grow B2B and B2B2C contribution.
  • Refine the partnerships roadmap to anticipate and meet partner needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute joint projects and opportunities.
  • Define and improve SOPs to streamline partnerships operations and workflows.
  • Represent Airalo at industry events and conferences across APAC.
  • Own the APAC Partnerships OKRs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development in a high-growth B2B and/or B2B2C environment.
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing high-performance teams.
  • Experience in Traveltech or Consumer tech industries is an advantage.
  • A partner-first mindset and a passion for creating win-win relationships.
  • Ability to communicate Airalo’s story and value proposition compellingly.
  • Ability to teach and apply sales techniques including questioning, objection handling, consultative selling, and solution selling.
  • Ability to build trust and thought leadership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with sales and partnerships tools.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Korean is desirable.
  • English fluency for day-to-day meetings and async communication.
