Description

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time with clear, helpful responses.
  • Open, track, and monitor Jira tickets, escalating issues internally when needed.
  • Understand each customer’s business size, background, prior interactions, and goals to provide relevant support.
  • Provide guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices based on customer needs and internal expert support.
  • Deliver prompt, high-quality service outcomes while adapting responses to each situation instead of relying on scripts.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is an advantage.
  • Customer support experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech, is an advantage.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices is required.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity about the customer’s business and context.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful, accurate responses.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they are a good fit.
