Description

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound support inquiries in real time with clear and helpful communication.
  • Open, track, and monitor Jira tickets, escalating issues internally when needed.
  • Understand each customer’s business size, background, prior interactions, and goals to provide personalized support.
  • Provide strategic guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices with input from the client’s CRO experts.

Requirements

  • Fluent, confident, and clear English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting an eCommerce SaaS application as a Technical Support Specialist is required.
  • Experience handling email support tickets, troubleshooting calls, website code implementation, third-party app configuration, and other implementation issues is required.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS is required.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript is an advantage.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM is required.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage is required.
  • Experience using Jira, browser developer tools, theme editors, app integrations, and APIs is an advantage.
  • Experience providing support through live chat is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices is an advantage.
