Description

  • Build and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
  • Develop custom agents for document processing, workflow automation, SDLC acceleration, data analysis, and business process orchestration.
  • Integrate LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines with production systems and data stores.
  • Create and operate LLM/ML endpoints, agent memory or state stores, and event-driven triggers.
  • Build real-time and batch workflows using Python, Kafka, EventBridge, Airflow, Snowflake, S3, n8n, AWS Batch, and similar tools.
  • Connect agents to enterprise systems and APIs such as SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Oracle, and databases.
  • Implement RAG, tool-calling, function-calling, and structured-output pipelines for production tasks.
  • Add monitoring, metrics, guardrails, testing, and debugging practices to improve reliability and observability.
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical designs and delivery roadmaps.
  • Contribute to proposals, architecture diagrams, documentation, reusable components, and internal best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong Python engineering background, including async patterns, APIs, and event-driven design.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
  • Experience building production ETL, orchestration, or workflow automation pipelines using tools such as Kafka, EventBridge, Airflow, Celery, n8n, or AWS services.
  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines such as Pinecone, pgvector, Elasticsearch, or LlamaIndex.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, observability, CI/CD, containerization, and model deployment patterns.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems or APIs in production.
  • Strong documentation habits and comfort working in fast-paced agile environments.
  • Preferred experience with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Mosaic, NVIDIA NIMs, or similar AI platform components.
  • Preferred experience operating agentic systems at scale with safety constraints and system-level debugging.
  • Preferred experience in consulting, client-facing engineering, or co-development models.
