Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy Copilot Studio agents integrated with enterprise data sources.
  • Build and orchestrate multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connected to knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure AI Search.
  • Build Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps to solve business problems.
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows/RPA.
  • Design and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles.
  • Integrate agents with Power Automate flows, Azure OpenAI/LLMs, APIs, and third-party connectors.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies to improve grounding and reduce hallucinations.
  • Implement Application Lifecycle Management across Dev/Test/Prod environments using solutions and pipelines.
  • Configure authentication, security roles, and Microsoft Entra ID integration for governance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot agent performance, flow failures, and app errors.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and lead technical design discussions.
  • Stay current with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and GenAI roadmap, licensing, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience, specifically with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong production experience with Copilot Studio building and deploying AI agents.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG and generative AI, including enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, or Azure AI Search.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse and Power Platform integrations/APIs.
  • Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate and APIs/enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Power Platform ALM, including Solutions and Dev/Test/Prod deployments.
  • Proven ability to independently design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
  • Nice to have: Power BI, Power Pages, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
