Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and trusted advisory support to enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Assess current observability platforms, coverage, licensing models, consumption, and operating models.
  • Recommend platform rationalization approaches to reduce complexity, control spend, and improve capabilities.
  • Guide clients in establishing or improving NOC, SOC, and Digital Operations Center operating models.
  • Integrate observability platforms with IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and workflow automation tools.
  • Lead large-scale consulting engagements and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop client solutions and strategies.
  • Analyze client operations, financials, and market trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and present recommendations, presentations, reports, and thought leadership content.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts in transformational programs.
  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and supporting proposals.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, finance, or management.
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, industry, or a related field.
  • Strong industry knowledge in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, technology, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and adjacent technologies.
  • Strong understanding of observability platforms and markets, including Dynatrace, DataDog, LogicMonitor, Splunk, and Qualys.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools such as Harness, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Proven leadership ability to lead and motivate teams toward project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated business development experience with a track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
