Description

  • Act as an advisor and point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, providing product, services, and consultative guidance.
  • Support product implementation and ongoing adoption through project management and customer success coordination.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the property management industry and Funnel Leasing’s software solutions.
  • Partner with Enterprise Consultants I/II to provide operational support across active customer projects.
  • Perform system administrative tasks within the Funnel software.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customer technical escalations and help facilitate resolution.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and finance teams to align on and execute customer initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise client organizations.
  • Lead in-person discussions and presentations when needed, including occasional travel to customer sites.
  • Promote continuous improvement, learning, team collaboration, and Funnel’s P.I.N.K. core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience and alternative certifications strongly prioritized.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology and/or property management industries.
  • Proven track record of driving transformative change and delivering strong results for large enterprise clients.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and implementation in complex organizational environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Significant expertise in change management methodologies and navigating organizational resistance to change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 5% of the time.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers and technical escalations is strongly beneficial.

  • Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000.
