Description

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of NetSuite, including roles, permissions, reporting, Saved Searches, and system controls.
  • Design, build, and maintain customizations for financial and operational modules.
  • Create and manage workflows, SuiteScripts, custom fields, custom records, scripted logic, and saved searches to automate processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite and related system support tickets.
  • Provide user training, how-to documentation, and best practices to improve adoption and self-service.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including business workflows, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Support the financial month-end close process by troubleshooting issues within the NetSuite environment.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and ancillary systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors promptly to protect data integrity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Revenue to deliver solutions aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Consultant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, including roles/permissions, workflows, custom fields/records, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, revenue, billing, and purchasing.
  • Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and release testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as UML, and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with integrations such as iPaaS tools, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
