Description

  • Oversee the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Create and maintain custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Support third-party NetSuite integrations and help resolve integration issues.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to improve adoption and effective use of NetSuite.
  • Ensure data integrity by developing data entry procedures, performing routine audits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, improve, and optimize business processes.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements.
  • Develop custom reports and saved searches as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Experience managing NetSuite modules including Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, OneWorld, Multi-book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite imports and exports for data uploads and updates via CSV.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues, analyze error messages, and optimize system performance.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and its integration with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Understanding of Avalara for sales tax integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, Celigo, or Workato integrated with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Must reside in Mexico and be eligible for consideration under the role’s location requirement.
