Description

  • Provide business systems support to manufacturing and material teams to maintain process adherence and data integrity during production planning.
  • Support functional processes, user support, and data mapping across procurement, purchasing, program management, and material management.
  • Align supply chain teams with finance, accounting, engineering, manufacturing, and other verticals on goals, scale, requirements, constraints, prioritization, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with IT to execute the enhancement roadmap from project planning and requirements gathering through implementation, sprint planning, training, and rollout.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for supply chain system, process, and data roadmaps.
  • Scope and deploy supply chain reporting and KPI dashboards for internal leaders and supplier-facing use cases.
  • Define requirements for home-grown applications and platforms and lead the business side of development through deployment.
  • Ensure systems and process designs emphasize usability, efficiency, automation, and integration across the broader landscape.
  • Work with supply chain leaders to create and optimize business processes for efficiency and rapid scale.
  • Develop ad hoc internal tools to address process gaps ahead of larger system fixes.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent degree.
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain IT systems, user support, and data analytics.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP/WMS implementation and sustainment, with Oracle highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a hardware development company and/or early-stage company environment.
  • Previous experience developing, documenting, and executing supply chain-focused digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of dashboard and KPI development for supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization and multiple functional verticals.
