Description

  • Own the long-term Certinia architecture across PSA, Services Estimator, Revenue Management, and related Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design scalable solutions for professional services delivery, resource management, quoting, project financials, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Define architecture standards for data models, security, automation, reporting, integrations, and release management.
  • Design and govern integrations between Certinia, Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and other enterprise systems.
  • Translate business requirements into practical solutions using configuration, automation, custom development, and integrations.
  • Lead technical discovery, design workshops, solution assessments, effort sizing, and architecture reviews.
  • Guide administrators, developers, analysts, and delivery partners through implementation and architectural best practices.
  • Lead testing, deployment, release readiness, production cutover, upgrades, and post-release validation.
  • Monitor platform health, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive improvements, technical debt reduction, and adoption of standard functionality.
  • Develop architecture documentation, mentor teams, and serve as the senior technical contact for vendors and implementation partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise business applications, including 3+ years in architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Certinia experience, formerly FinancialForce, in an enterprise environment.
  • Deep experience with Certinia PSA, including project structures, resource management, assignments, timecards, budgets, milestones, and project financials.
  • Experience with Certinia Services Estimator, Revenue Management, Services CPQ, billing, project accounting, or revenue recognition.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, including data modeling, security, permission sets, flows, Lightning App Builder, APIs, and declarative automation.
  • Experience integrating Certinia and Salesforce with NetSuite, MuleSoft, ERP, financial, or middleware platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate standard functionality, configuration, automation, custom development, third-party products, and integrations for business needs.
  • Experience with architecture documentation, data migration, testing, deployment planning, change management, and release processes.
  • Preferred qualifications include Certinia or Salesforce certifications, integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, Boomi, or Informatica, Agile/Scrum experience, and enterprise architecture governance experience.
