Description

  • Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized initiatives with measurable success criteria.
  • Own requirements intake, discovery, process mapping, impact analysis, and scoping for cross-functional systems projects.
  • Design solutions and coordinate implementation, testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, validation, and data reconciliation.
  • Establish and maintain data-quality monitoring, cleansing, validation, migration, and reconciliation processes.
  • Design and maintain enterprise architecture for IT-owned systems and platforms.
  • Lead architecture initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define integrations across SaaS and cloud platforms and support AI and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, governance, performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost standards.
  • Manage enterprise platform governance, including role-based access, licensing, and cost optimization.
  • Mentor team members, document architecture standards, and support vendor evaluations and technology selection.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in systems, application, enterprise architecture, or similar roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, cloud or hybrid environments, and API/SaaS integration design.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Certinia, Rippling, and Greenhouse.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, system design, security, governance, and compliance principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and complex technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and evaluating technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks or security and compliance standards.
  • Experience with AI, automation, modernization initiatives, vendor selection, or team mentorship preferred.
