Description

  • Lead technical discovery and scope solutions for complex customer requirements.
  • Build proofs of concept in safe test environments without using live guest data.
  • Design and implement workflow automations and AI agents using n8n, Make, and Apaleo’s AI agent platform.
  • Deliver targeted short-term solutions with documented exit plans.
  • Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers.
  • Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates.
  • Advise prospects and customers on the future impact of AI in hospitality.
  • Share prototypes, experiments, and customer feedback with Product.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Security, Partnerships, RevOps, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, or technical consulting in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, events, and data-flow design.
  • Hands-on workflow automation experience, preferably with n8n, and practical experience building LLM agents.
  • Strong AI curiosity and regular use of AI tools.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working credibly with executives and IT teams.
  • Self-directed ownership mindset with disciplined scope management.
  • Strong prototyping and structured documentation skills.
  • Fluent English and German; willingness to travel regularly to France and the UK.
  • Hospitality or travel experience, including hotel operations and PMS concepts, preferred.
  • Experience with cloud PMS, channel manager, payments integrations, enterprise architecture, applied AI/ML, MCP, agent platforms, SQL, or BI preferred.
