Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of hotels across the Indian Subcontinent region.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve key supply metrics.
  • Activate Agoda products and promotions for partners and track deal outcomes.
  • Use Agoda digital tools for outreach, logging, and reporting.
  • Participate in training to stay current on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner escalations within the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage partner conversations and engagement at scale in a digital-first environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, or a supply/e-commerce role.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with proven B2B engagement success.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and performance outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a digital-first environment with remote portfolio management, call systems, and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a large portfolio independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to hold multiple partner conversations daily.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows, tools, and business priorities.
