Description

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter roadmap for the Integration Hub, aligning investments with customer needs, competitive positioning, and scalability.
  • Own the external API strategy, including versioning, authentication, developer experience, and standards for exposing data and actions.
  • Lead product strategy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-driven orchestration capabilities.
  • Define multi-step, multi-system workflow capabilities across the Integration Hub and MCP, supporting enterprise-scale automation.
  • Partner with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and external partners to deliver high-quality integration capabilities.
  • Synthesize customer, analyst, competitive, and field feedback into prioritized product strategy and maintain continuous discovery loops.
  • Define integration architecture standards, consumption models, platform health metrics, and technical guardrails for reliability and observability.
  • Track roadmap delivery, platform adoption, competitive impact, and AI/MCP readiness metrics.
  • Refine and deliver the MCP roadmap and ship meaningful integration platform improvements with measurable customer impact.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning an integration, API, or platform product.
  • Strong knowledge of REST API design, integration architecture patterns, and developer experience principles.
  • Experience owning multi-quarter roadmaps and driving execution across engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, API gateway, or middleware technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and measurable customer value.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving remote environment with concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience with MCP, AI agent tooling, orchestration frameworks, or LLM integrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray, or similar iPaaS platforms (preferred).
  • Background in CLM, legal tech, ERP, CRM, enterprise SaaS integrations, event-driven architecture, or developer tools (preferred).
