Description

  • Own the ecommerce P&L across prescription and non-prescription products, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Set ecommerce strategy and identify high-value sales opportunities using market signals, platform data, and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end reimagination of the storefront, including the homepage, collection pages, and product detail pages.
  • Develop merchandising, assortment, promotional, bundling, subscription, and auto-refill strategies across Rx and OTC products.
  • Own and optimize the consumer conversion funnel from landing page through checkout.
  • Build and manage a testing roadmap, using quantitative and qualitative insights to diagnose drop-off and ship improvements.
  • Manage product catalog data, items-file structure, product onboarding, performance reviews, and sunset decisions.
  • Recommend and shape CMS and item-management tooling to support ecommerce scale.
  • Scout new products, brands, and category opportunities relevant to pet parents.
  • Partner with AI, design, product, engineering, and data teams to build EMR-informed personalized product recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer product businesses at a startup.
  • Demonstrated record of driving meaningful revenue growth and owning P&L, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Hands-on experience owning a storefront across homepage, collection pages, product detail pages, and product catalog data.
  • Proven, measurable success improving consumer-facing conversion funnels.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to ship products.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and execute plans.
  • High self-motivation, accountability, and ability to operate independently in a high-ownership environment.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience or a strong perspective on CMS and item-management tools (preferred).
  • Experience with subscriptions, pet or health-and-wellness ecommerce, AI/ML recommendations, or vendor and supplier management (preferred).
