Description

  • Own the product strategy and development roadmap for card-present and e-commerce acquiring products, including POS and unattended solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead product planning, development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage acquiring economics, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, make product decisions, and challenge technical solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including processors, POS vendors, gateways, acquirers, and card schemes.
  • Establish scalable product processes and ensure effective operational handover.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven product experience in card-present/POS acquiring and strong knowledge of e-commerce acquiring.
  • Understanding of card-present and card-not-present acquiring, processing, authorization, settlement, and card-payment ecosystems.
  • Experience working with processors, POS vendors, payment gateways, acquirers, and card schemes.
  • Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, acquiring economics, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, strategic, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Open Banking/A2A, SQL, databases, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage.
