Description

  • Design and optimize top-of-funnel merchant lifecycle processes from marketing touch through contact creation, account readiness, and discovery handoff.
  • Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies that control how leads and accounts move through the funnel.
  • Partner with Business Systems to implement routing, automation, and process changes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives end to end while managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, and Analytics.
  • Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance.
  • Build and maintain workflow automations that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools for lead and account management efficiency.
  • Define and maintain processes that protect data integrity at funnel entry.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on process and tooling changes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; Salesforce administrator experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a solid understanding of business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools such as RingLead or LeanData, data enrichment tools such as Clay or ZoomInfo, or lead scoring and attribution frameworks preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement.
  • Strong organization, growth mindset, and a bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes.
