Description

  • Design and run the Product leadership team’s operating rhythms, including staff meetings, product reviews, all-teams, and offsites.
  • Build agendas, pre-reads, decision tracking, and follow-through for leadership forums.
  • Partner with HRBP on hiring, calibrations, performance, and talent reviews, and address emerging organizational risks.
  • Work with Technology Operations to improve roadmap planning, prioritization, annual OKRs, and progress tracking.
  • Own headcount planning and budget management with Finance and HR Business Partners.
  • Drive AI retooling and enablement, including internal AI masterclasses and AI-enabled process adoption.
  • Curate the external product narrative through all-hands, written updates, and major external talks.
  • Prepare executive briefings and leadership communications to reduce decision latency.
  • Run recurring org health checks and escalate early warning signals before they become structural issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, product partnership, or Chief of Staff roles supporting senior product or engineering leaders at a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience running people processes at scale, including hiring, calibrations, leveling, and talent reviews.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience ghostwriting and synthesizing narrative from raw inputs.
  • Strong ability to identify organizational dysfunction, such as broken hiring funnels, single points of failure, or leadership gaps.
  • Comfort influencing senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue, Finance, and HR without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical foundation and business acumen with fluency in product metrics, financials, and growth analytics.
  • Experience preparing board-level materials or executive-level communications (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a senior product or engineering Chief of Staff role (preferred).
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Base pay range of $255,000–$335,000 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $226,000–$306,000 in other U.S. states.
