Description

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain customizations, extensions, and reports in Infor LN.
  • Build and support integrations between Infor LN and enterprise systems using Infor ION, ION API, and BODs.
  • Translate business objectives into ERP process designs, application architecture, and roadmap standards.
  • Lead cross-functional design sessions with technical and finance stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize data flows, APIs, middleware configurations, and data governance KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting ERP configuration, integrations, batch jobs, and data flows.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Manage development, test, and production environments in the GovCloud infrastructure.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for LN incidents and service requests.
  • Document configurations, customizations, integrations, and change management activities.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in LN Tools, including 4GL/BL programming, forms development, session customization, DALs, cloud LN, and report development.
  • Solid SQL skills in a SQL Server or Oracle environment.
  • Understanding of ERP lifecycle management, including development, testing, release management, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Infor LN, or Baan IV/V with LN migration experience.
  • Experience with Infor ION, ION API, BODs, and Infor OS integration configuration.
  • Experience configuring LN modules in Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Project Management.
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense on AWS/IRIS/GovCloud preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing with knowledge of DCAA, FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and CMMC preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools integrated with Infor LN preferred.
  • Experience supporting SOX and SOC audit compliance within ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
  • Infor LN certifications preferred.
